Out aim is to make it as easy and step by step as possible.

V4V– Vision for Vitality is a 13 week program supported by weekly sessions, a buddy system and a creativity enhancing workbook. It is presented by a range of expert health professionals. A perfect chance to plan your changes and get the best feedback from specialist in health and wellbeing.

Public Talks– Dr Andrew offers free public talks covering a wide range of health and sports related areas. These may include stress management, injury reduction, performance enhancement, health living and lifestyle changes. Talks can be anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours in duration. And may be targeted at a topic of your choice.
